Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, you will lead Regulatory Compliance for our North American business. Your primary mission is to maintain our "license to operate" across the Americas, ensuring we meet the rigorous demands of state‑level Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs) and specialized Gaming licenses. You will act as the Regulatory Compliance lead for our MALPB (Major Americas Limited Partnership Board) entity, ensuring governance, reporting, and regulatory engagements are executed to the highest standard. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to manage a high volume of recurring filings across states.
