GoCardless is seeking a senior regulatory leader to own all US and Canada compliance matters. You will craft a comprehensive regulatory strategy, deploy robust compliance programs, and oversee licenses, audits, and regulator engagements across North America.

You will supervise AML/CTF and sanctions programs, partner with product, operations, and legal teams, and ensure ongoing compliance with BSA/AML, Reg E, and UDAAP requirements.

• Knowledge of US card programs, sponsor banks, and BSA/AML, Reg E, UDAAP.
• Ability to counsel teams on regulatory impact and collaborate with stakeholders.
