Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs in Fishkill, NY seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to design and maintain systems that ensure regulatory reporting and documentation across multiple states. You’ll manage records, audits, deadlines, and processes to keep the organization compliant and ready for inspections.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems to monitor regulatory compliance.
• Track medical documentation, renewals, and inspections across states.
• Develop reminders and follow-up procedures for expiring records.
• Produce dashboards and reports for leadership on compliance status.
• Work with HR, Operations, and Finance to integrate compliance into processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive compliance tasks.
• Establish prevention-focused compliance processes.
