Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support compliance across 15 states. The role, based in Fishkill, NY, focuses on tracking children's medical and health documentation and maintaining accurate records with the CEO and cross-functional teams.

You will monitor licensing requirements, manage spreadsheets and databases, and coordinate follow-up to ensure deadlines are met while handling confidential information with discretion.

• Monitor expiration dates and send reminders for updates.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve outstanding documentation.
• Assist with licensing reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Provide routine compliance reports and updates to the CEO.
