Job summary

Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs is expanding its regulatory-compliance infrastructure to support services across states. The Compliance Manager will design and maintain systems that capture regulatory requirements, ensure records for every enrolled child are accurate and up to date, and drive process improvements to prevent compliance issues before they arise.

You do not need childcare experience to succeed; the role focuses on building scalable tracking, documentation, and auditing processes

Qualifications

• Strong systems for regulatory requirements across multiple states.
• Translate regulations into practical procedures and workflows.
• Maintain documentation demonstrating compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a state-by-state matrix of regulatory requirements.
• Track required medical-documentation including exams and immunizations.
• Establish reminders for expiring or missing records.
• Develop and implement compliance dashboards and reports.
• Audit records and processes to ensure compliance across programs.
