Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager in Fishkill, NY to develop and maintain our multi-state childcare compliance system. You will own processes ensuring medical and health documentation is complete and up to date, working with Operations, Registration, HR/Onboarding, Payroll, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has childcare licensing experience, exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to translate regulations into practical requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare licensing, childcare compliance, quality assurance, or a related regulatory role.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical requirements and procedures.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the company-wide process for ensuring medical and health documentation across states.
• Maintain state-by-state regulatory requirements and licensing calendars.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing compliance status to leadership.
• Audit programs and track corrective actions for licensing and personnel.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Registration, and Payroll to ensure compliance.
