Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a highly organized Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support multi-state compliance across our childcare programs. The role is in-person at our Fishkill, NY location and reports to the CEO.

You will maintain licensing records, track medical and health documentation, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with Operations, HR, and other teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Track children’s required medical and health documentation across states.
• Review records for missing, incomplete, or expired documentation.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems.
• Monitor expiration dates and remind teams of updates.
• Follow up with appropriate teams to complete documentation.
• Support licensing reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Prepare routine compliance reports and updates for the CEO.
