Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks a Regulatory Compliance Support to process complaints, draft documentation, and ensure adherence to federal regulations.

You will review high volumes of complaints, identify regulatory issues, and prepare initial recommendations for closure using established templates and guidelines. You will work on-site as required by contracts, collaborate with team members, and maintain confidentiality while producing accurate, well-structured case materials and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint or similar document management systems.
• Strong writing, proofreading, editing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews a high volume of complaints to identify potential violations of HIPAA Rules and related regulations.
• Evaluates complaint information and provides initial recommendations for administrative or non-investigative closure.
• Drafts case processing documentation, correspondence and summaries according to regulations, templates and guidelines.
• Ensures all written documentation is clear, accurate and free of spelling errors.
• Applies established case resolution guidelines and procedures consistently.
• Maintains awareness of applicable regulatory requirements, agency procedures and case processing standards.
• May conduct training sessions for new staff on procedures and templates.
