Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Paralegal to support the Health and Human Services OCR mission. The role involves handling privacy and civil rights case processing, drafting documents, and maintaining electronic records in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

The position requires an Associate’s degree or GS-7 equivalent, U.S. citizenship for access to secure information, and strong data-entry skills with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university or experience equivalent to the GS-7 level in the Federal Government.
• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the T4 Public Trust level, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Strong data entry and document management skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Participates in resolving complaints under OCR policy and guidelines for case processing.
• Drafts case notes, closure letters, and other documents with minimal errors.
• Performs high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintains organized electronic records and audit trails.
• Supports Triagers, Team Leads, and Government customers with administrative workflow tasks.
• Communicates professionally with internal teams regarding case status and portal issues.
