Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks a Mortgage Clerk to provide routine administrative support in processing mortgage loans. You will review applications, verify borrower information, and coordinate with loan officers and underwriters to gather required data.

Responsibilities include preparing disclosures and closing documents, entering data into processing systems, and maintaining organized loan files while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely updates to borrowers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and/or two years’ relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in loan processing and documentation.
• Ability to follow regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify borrower information (income, employment history, credit, property).
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters and others to obtain information.
• Prepare loan documents, disclosures, and closing documents.
• Ensure all documentation is obtained and properly executed.
• Enter borrower data into loan processing systems accurately.
• Communicate loan status and address questions with stakeholders.
• Maintain organized loan files and records of actions taken.
• Review loan files for regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Perform data entry tasks related to loan processing and record-keeping.
