Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Perform research and analysis to support case review and investigations.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and supporting records in applicable systems.
• Analyze large volumes of information while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information or documentation as needed.
• Support quality assurance to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of work products.
• Manage multiple assignments and competing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Protect sensitive and confidential information per policy.
