Job summary

Kaiva Tech is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. The role requires analyzing complaints and supporting documentation to determine disposition while complying with laws and policies.

The attorney will prepare analyses, memoranda, and other case-related documents, manage multiple assignments, and protect sensitive information in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated legal analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Advanced legal writing and technical documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify relevant issues and determine appropriate disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Perform research and analysis to support case review, investigative, and compliance-related activities.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and supporting records within applicable systems.
• Analyze large volumes of information and documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information, clarification, or supporting documentation as needed.
• Support quality assurance efforts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of work products.
• Manage multiple assignments and competing priorities while meeting established deadlines and performance standards.
• Protect sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
