Job summary

Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. The role conducts legal analysis of complaints and supporting documentation to determine disposition and ensure adherence to laws and policies.

The attorney will draft memoranda and correspondence, maintain case files, and manage multiple assignments under deadlines, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not applicable; requires J.D. and bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience with emphasis on compliance or regulatory reviews.
• Experience supporting government, regulatory, or investigative reviews is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Draft analyses, memoranda, and other case-related documents.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation across systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information as needed.
• Support quality assurance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work products.
