Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney in New York City to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. The role requires strong legal analysis, detailed documentation, and ability to manage multiple assignments in a strict deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with government, regulatory, compliance, investigative, or legal operations environments preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and supporting records in applicable systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information or documentation as needed.
• Support quality assurance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work products.
