Job summary

Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking an Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. You will perform legal and factual analysis of complaints, inquiries, and documentation to determine disposition and support program objectives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple assignments within deadlines in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with government, regulatory, regulatory or legal operations environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify relevant issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, and reports.
• Maintain accurate case files and supporting records in systems.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines with attention to detail.
