Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government client. The role involves legal and factual analysis of complaints, inquiries, and supporting documentation to determine disposition and align with program objectives.

You will prepare written analyses, memoranda, and other case materials while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.

Qualificações

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant legal experience.
Experience conducting legal analysis, investigations, compliance reviews, regulatory reviews, administrative reviews, or case evaluations preferred.

Responsabilidades

Review complaints and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition.
Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
Draft correspondence, memoranda, and case-related documents.
Maintain accurate case files and documentation in applicable systems.
Communicate with stakeholders to obtain needed information.
