Job summary

Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. The attorney will analyze complaints, inquiries, and supporting documentation to determine disposition and ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Responsibilities include drafting analyses, memoranda, and other case-related documents while managing multiple assignments under deadlines. The role requires a JD, active U.S.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience conducting legal analysis, investigations, regulatory reviews, or case evaluations preferred.
• Demonstrated legal writing, analytical, and research skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation in applicable systems.
