Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to build and maintain systems that capture regulatory requirements across multiple states. The role focuses on ensuring all children’s medical documentation is complete and current, developing reminders, and auditing records to prevent compliance gaps.

You do not need childcare experience; experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare, licensing, or QA is suitable.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain systems giving Healthy Kids a clear view of regulatory compliance.
• Ensure medical and health documentation for each enrolled child is on file and up to date.
• Create processes to identify missing, expiring, or incomplete records and reminders for follow-ups.
• Incorporate compliance requirements into enrollment processes with Registration and Operations.
• Provide leaders with reports showing compliance status and outstanding issues.
• Conduct regular audits of records and processes; track compliance metrics and report to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive compliance activities and prevent problems.
