Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs in Fishkill, NY is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist for a part-time, in-person role. You will support compliance across multiple states, maintain documentation, and track licensing and health records.

The position offers employer-paid childcare benefits, telehealth, dental, 401(k), paid sick time, and professional development. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with Operations, HR, and other teams to ensure timely, accurate records.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and databases.
• Accurate data-entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up until issues are resolved.

Responsabilités

• Track required medical and health documentation for children across multiple states.
• Review records for missing, incomplete, or expired documentation.
• Maintain accurate compliance databases and tracking systems.
• Monitor expiration dates and send reminders for updates.
• Follow up with teams regarding outstanding documentation.
• Assist with licensing reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Provide updates to the CEO on outstanding items.
