Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Compliance Analytics & Reporting Analyst to join the US Security & Privacy, Governance, Risk and Compliance team. This role will drive data-backed coordination and automation of regulatory reporting for TikTok's compliance needs.

You will design data pipelines and dashboards, partner with business, security, and privacy teams, and develop KPIs and KRIs to reflect the organization's compliance posture.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, written reporting, and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience building automations, data workflows, or scripting solutions from scratch.
• Experience reporting risk (KRIs/KPIs) within a global enterprise and fostering risk-informed decision making.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and tracking remediation within compliance programs.
• Experience contributing to complex compliance reporting structures (e.g., CFIUS, FTC orders) and linking US compliance to technical details.
• 3+ years of applicable experience and familiarity with international compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and automated workflows to streamline compliance tracking.
• Serve as liaison with business, security, and privacy teams to implement regulatory requirements and track compliance.
• Develop, track, and visualize KPIs and KRIs reflecting compliance posture.
• Oversee data management and change documentation with the Compliance Assurance Team.
• Identify bottlenecks across GRC streams and build scalable workflows decoupled from headcount growth.
• Manage the compliance lifecycle: assess posture, identify gaps, drive remediation, report progress to stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality services and deliverables.
