You will build mature audit capabilities, leverage data analytics, and work with product and legal teams to strengthen controls in a fast-growing tech environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in internal audit or compliance, strong analytical and communication skills, and global experience with travel up to 30%.

• Follow up on audit remediation actions.
• Develop and implement audit programs for TikTok products.
• Ensure quality and adherence to standards.
