Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture seeks a Technical Compliance Analyst to bridge R&D and Policy/Risk, overseeing critical data filters that synchronize information between production environments and external parties.

You will review code and SQL, make authoritative approval or rejection decisions within tight SLAs, and drive AI-driven governance, automation, and testing of compliance logic across a world‑scale data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret code (Python, Java, or Go) and SQL.
• Experience in technical risk analysis or data analysis.
• Hands-on or theoretical knowledge of AI/LLM tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical consultant translating complex compliance requirements into technical specs.
• Perform high-level audits of data access, microservices, and API integrations; read code/SQL to spot risks.
• Map and analyze data lineage across business scenarios to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Make authoritative Approve/Reject decisions within strict SLAs.
• Tune AI Agents to enhance governance, conduct A/B testing on automated models.
