The role emphasizes hands-on facilitation, collaboration with multiple teams, and the creation of practical exercises and materials to strengthen our security culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, education, communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, IT Operations, Incident Response, Emergency Management, or Technical Training/Facilitation.
• Engaging communicator with a cybersecurity or compliance background who can lead discussions with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, and solid organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective live training sessions on security, privacy, and compliance.
• Facilitate interactive discussions, use cases, and activities to enhance learning.
• Adapt training content and delivery style to audiences from new hires to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve training materials and curriculum.
• Administer and analyze post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness.
• Develop new training courses, tabletop exercises, and materials; maintain attendance records.
