Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, IT, education, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, IT Operations, Incident Response, or Technical Training/Facilitation.
• Strong communicator able to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective live training sessions on TikTok USDS JV security, privacy, and compliance.
• Facilitate interactive discussions, use cases, and activities to enhance learning and retention.
• Adapt training content and delivery style to different audiences, from new hires to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve training materials and curriculum.
• Administer and analyze post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development of new training courses, tabletop exercises, and materials as needed.
