Job summary

Network Rail Consulting (NRC) is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Organizational Change Management Specialist in New York. You will provide subject matter expertise and support to the Construction & Development Program Executive, helping implement a centralized monitoring strategy and other readiness initiatives.

This role leads change management efforts across operations, maintenance, and support functions, develops communications, coordinates with training and technology leads, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Strategic Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Significant experience with major signaling programs related to change management or operational readiness.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical and operational stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of an organization.
• Experience supporting CBTC programs or similarly complex, technology-driven systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management for centralized monitoring and operational readiness.
• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with operating model transformation.
• Coordinate with training, operations, and technology leads to align change and implementation efforts.
• Define and track change adoption metrics and readiness indicators.
