Job summary

Weave is seeking a Solution Architect to own end-to-end customer engagements from pre-sales through implementation, applying deep regulatory affairs experience and AI fluency to design and deliver a live submission process.

You will balance consultancy, technical architecture, and user‑level expertise, guiding deals from technical evaluation to deployment while coordinating with Product/Engineering for customer success and expansion.

Qualifications

• Deep regulatory submissions experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong AI/data fluency and ability to translate regulatory needs into AI templates.
• Consultative mindset focusing on people/process as well as tech.
• Experience guiding pre-sales to successful implementation and expansion.
• Excellent training and communication skills for executive and end-user audiences.
• 7–10+ years in regulatory submissions within pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Solutioning: advise on regulatory workflows, standards, and tech stack; translate into demos and implementation plans.
• Implementation & Onboarding: define data/workflow changes and AI template customizations with Customer Success.
• Process & Systems: create repeatable processes for consulting, implementation, and scale delivery.
• Account Advocacy & Collaboration: drive adoption and feed product/engineering with customer insights.
