Job summary

Workiva seeks a Principal Solution Consultant - AI to lead the technical AI agenda across pursuits and mentor peers. You will engage with executives to map AI programs, ensure governed integration, and position Workiva as the trusted platform for machine-generated financial, sustainability, and risk data.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and InfoSec to articulate the AI posture, deliver production-ready outputs, and influence the roadmap while working remotely in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical, customer-facing experience in presales solution consulting, solution architecture, or technical consulting
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience

Responsibilities

• Drive AI strategy & mentorship across pursuits from engagement to deal closure
• Lead technical discovery and alignment across Finance, GRC, Sustainability and IT/Security teams
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and architecture showing API-first platform integration
• Shape product direction with field insights to influence AI roadmap
