Job summary

Weave is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own client implementations, configuring Regulatory AI Templates and leading complex data integrations. You will work with customers and Weave teams to produce high-quality regulatory documents and enable future configuration projects.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS or bio industries, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency with REST APIs, prompts, and data mapping. Flexible remote work in the US/Canada is offered.

Qualifications

Experience designing repeatable prompt/template systems for high-stakes regulated documents.
Familiarity with regulatory AI templates and data mapping in enterprise settings.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows.

Responsibilities

Customize customer templates to fit style, brand, modality, and scientific needs.
Coach customers to maintain and evolve templates independently.
Architect seamless data bridges between Weave and enterprise systems (SIs, ERPs, publishing platforms).
Document best practices for technical implementation for internal/external use.
