Job summary

Equifax seeks a Manager of Regulated Services Product Management to lead a team that defines and maintains prioritized roadmaps for regulated systems. You will partner with technology, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives and regulatory mandates.

The role focuses on full lifecycle product delivery, talent development, and removing delivery obstacles to meet strategic milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of product management experience.
3+ years of direct people management or team lead experience.
3+ years of experience defining product requirements and roadmaps in a regulated domain.
Experience partnering with engineering, UX/design, and operations teams; build-vs-buy decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team for Regulated Services.
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancement.
Drive cross-organizational collaboration across technology, legal, compliance, and business teams.
Manage performance, coaching, and career development of team members.
Identify and remove roadblocks affecting milestones and delivery goals.
Communicate priorities, impacts, and roadmap updates to stakeholders.
