Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience defining product requirements and roadmaps within a regulated industry or compliance-focused domain.
• Experience partnering with engineering, UX/design, and operations teams.
• Experience evaluating customer/department needs and making build-vs-buy trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit a high-performing team of product managers for Regulated Services.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for internal and external regulated services.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, legal, compliance, and business teams.
• Manage performance, training, and career development of the team.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks impacting milestones and delivery goals.
• Communicate roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders and leadership.
