Job summary

Equifax, Inc. is seeking a process and program manager to plan, monitor and lead internal initiatives that improve productivity and growth. You will work with business, legal and compliance to develop policy and procedures and manage core processes across departments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in process or project management with financial industry knowledge. Expect a schedule of four days in-office collaboration (Mon–Thu) with Friday remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in process, project, or program management.
• Knowledge of the financial industry; continuing to build higher-level knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects and programs including process and project identification, planning and execution.
• Secure required resources using formal processes, tools and methodologies.
• Lead projects to achieve objectives and identify opportunities to increase productivity and growth.
• Collaborate across departments to improve business processes and data connections.
• Coordinate across channels to ensure consistency of processes.
• Identify and solve problems within guidelines and policies; prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
