Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead regulatory engagement and end-to-end insurance model filing activities. You will work with DOIs, product management, analytics, legal, and carriers to ensure accurate filings and defensible positions. This role is hybrid from Alpharetta, GA (3x weekly).

You will bring deep P&C insurance knowledge, SERFF workflow mastery, and strong cross-functional leadership to support governance records and market conduct responses.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance model filing processes, SERFF submissions, DOI requirements, and state regulatory review practices.
• Experience building and managing relationships with insurance regulators, carriers, Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional partners.
• Expertise in insurance decisioning data, predictive modeling concepts, credit-based insurance scoring, governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with DOIs and coordinate model filings.
• Attend NAIC meetings and regulatory conferences.
• Lead the model filing process and ensure materials are complete and accurate.
• Oversee end-to-end SERFF submission strategy and responses.
• Train product managers on filing best practices.
