Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the US headquarters is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead regulatory engagement and end-to-end insurance model filing activities. You will build relationships with DOIs, carriers, Legal, Compliance, and product teams to ensure accurate filings and defensible documentation.

The role requires deep property and casualty insurance knowledge, SERFF expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership. Hybrid work from Alpharetta, GA (3x weekly) is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance model filing processes and SERFF submissions.
• Experience with DOI requirements and state regulatory review practices.
• Ability to lead complex regulatory filings and respond to objections.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with DOIs, including coordinating the socialization of new models and products with product management and Analytics.
• Attend NAIC meetings and other conferences with regulator presence to strengthen relationships with regulators.
• Build and maintain relationships with DOI personnel who review models during the filing process.
• Manage carrier support for market conduct exam responses and documentation, coordinating with Legal and Compliance.
• Lead the model filing process and related support, ensuring materials are complete, accurate, and submitted appropriately.
• Oversee end-to-end model filing execution, including SERFF submission strategy, filing package readiness, and responses.
• Serve as the Product Management representative on the internal data and model governance committee.
• Maintain internal and external consistency across model documentation and communications.
• Provide product expertise on exclusion criteria and reason codes/model indicators.
• Train internal product managers on filing best practices.
• Manage content within the AI Filings Navigator.
