Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Alpharetta, GA (hybrid 3x weekly) seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead regulatory engagement and end-to-end insurance model filing activities, coordinating with DOIs, Legal, Compliance, and product teams.

You will oversee SERFF workflows, state-specific requirements, model ownership, and governance, while training teams and presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance model filing processes, SERFF submissions, and DOI requirements.
• Experience coordinating with Regulators, Carriers, Legal, and Compliance.
• Ability to train teams and present complex model concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with DOIs and coordinate model socialization with product management.
• Attend NAIC meetings and regulatory conferences to strengthen regulator relations.
• Lead the model filing process ensuring materials are complete and accurate.
• Oversee end-to-end filing execution including SERFF submission strategy and responses.
• Train internal teams on filing best practices and regulatory guidance.
