Job summary

Payward Services is seeking a Platform Product Operations Lead to own the operational running of US regulated entities, drive licensing workstreams, and advance platform growth. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, legal, and compliance, ensuring launches meet regulatory and operational requirements.

You will partner across functions to turn regulatory requirements into governance, controls, and scalable processes, while reporting to senior leadership and supporting board

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy consulting and proven operational execution.
• Experience operating inside scaling fintechs, banks, or crypto firms in senior roles.
• Experience with B2B/B2C platforms, APIs, and shared infrastructure.
• Ability to dive into product mechanics and governance with Product and Engineering.
• Familiarity with US regulated financial landscape and supervision/examinations.

Responsibilities

• Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products (KYC/KYB, lending, APIs).
• Drive cross-functional execution on roadmap milestones, compliance deliverables, and infra work.
• Run day-to-day operations across US regulated entities, licensing maintenance, risk and incident management.
• Lead US licensing workstreams (state money transmitter and lending licenses) with Legal and Compliance.
• Interface with regulators, boards, and executives; define metrics and scale governance models.
