Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Lead, Business Operations for Payward Services to act as the operating generalist and drive the PWS cadence. You will automate manual tasks using AI, build repeatable launch processes with Solutions, Product, and Compliance, and lead cross-functional projects that scale the business.

You will report to the head of PWS Business Operations and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy or similar roles.
• Experience at payments/fintech/financial services or crypto is preferred.
• End-to-end process ownership and delivery without oversight.
• Able to switch between launch planning and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Act as operating partner to PWS leadership and manage business cadence.
• Automate manual work across the business using AI and integrations.
• Improve partner launches with repeatable processes across teams.
• Onboard new products and acquisitions into the PWS operating rhythm.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects critical to PWS success.
