Job summary

Kraken, a Payward subsidiary, seeks a Lead, Business Operations for Payward Services. You will serve as the operating generalist, driving launch readiness, cadence, reporting, and strategic initiatives with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.

This builder role fixes gaps, scales processes, and delivers measurable outcomes. You’ll automate tasks with AI, create repeatable launch processes, and guide cross-functional projects essential to PWS, reporting to the head of PWS

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar roles in payments/fintech/crypto.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end processes and delivering results.
• Comfort with building launch plans and automating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as operating partner to PWS leadership and manage business cadence and metrics.
• Automate manual work across the business with AI and integrations.
• Improve partner launch processes and shorten time to go-live.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects critical to PWS’s success.
• Bring new products and acquisitions onto the PWS operating rhythm.
