Job summary

Payward Services is seeking a Lead, Business Operations to drive the operating rhythm for PWS. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to launch, measure, and scale initiatives. This builder role rewards someone who fixes broken processes and keeps them running without prompting.

You’ll own planning, goal-setting, and leadership updates, and lead cross-functional projects that don’t fit a single team but are essential for PWS’s growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or similar roles, including in-house experience at a payments, fintech, financial services, or crypto company.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operating partner to PWS leadership: run the business cadence, planning, goal-setting, reviews, and leadership updates.
• Automate manual work across the business with AI and integrations, from partner launch checklists to reporting.
• Improve partner launches by building a repeatable process with Solutions, Product, and Compliance.
• Bring new products and acquired businesses onto the PWS operating rhythm.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects critical to PWS’s success.
