Job summary

Payward Services seeks a Platform Product Operations Lead to own operational running of US regulated entities, licensing workstreams, and platform-growth initiatives within Payward’s B2B2C business. You will bridge product, legal, compliance, finance, and external partners to ship regulated products efficiently.

You will drive governance, controls, and incident management, partnering with Legal and Compliance to turn regulatory requirements into scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting and in-house operational execution.
• Experience operating in scaling fintech/bank/crypto with cross-functional roles.
• Exposure to B2B/B2B2C platforms, APIs, and internal-client/partner models.
• Ability to work with Product and Engineering at a hands-on level.
• Solid understanding of US regulated financial landscape and supervision processes.
• Experience setting up or working with KYC/KYB onboarding programs.
• History of running complex cross-functional programs without formal authority.
• Strong governance standards with pragmatic process focus.
• Excellent communicator with regulators, boards, engineers, and partners.
• Comfort with broad remit and ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products including KYC/KYB, lending, and APIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and partners.
• Run day-to-day operations across US regulated entities, licensing, risk, audits, and reporting.
• Lead operational work behind US licensing workstreams including state money transmitter and lending licenses.
• Serve as operational counterpart to regulators and examiners: information requests and follow-ups.
• Represent operational side in board and executive discussions and drive a high-leverage operating model.
