Job summary

Payward Services is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the end-to-end roadmap for B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs) in a regulated US environment.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ship regulated products, define requirements, and iterate from concept to launch.

A hands-on, technically fluent leader who communicates well with regulators, boards, and partners will thrive, with fintech/crypto familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Owned a product roadmap and shipped B2B/B2B2C products with clear strategy and execution.
• Hands-on KYC experience, in-house build or resell/offer to external parties.
• Built or managed platform products with APIs and shared infrastructure.
• Willing to dive into technical details with Engineering.
• Familiar with US regulated financial landscape and compliance needs.
• Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional builds without formal authority.
• Strong communication with regulators, boards, engineers and partners.
• Deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
• Understanding of regulation and money movement shaping product decisions.
