You will partner with Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Legal, Risk, Product, Operations, and Finance to embed practical, regulator-ready controls and evidence packages.

Based in San Francisco or New York, this hands-on role demands strong analytical writing and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in regulatory operations or compliance within fast-growing tech/fintech.
• Experience translating legal or partner requirements into operational controls and testing.
• Direct involvement in regulatory exams, audits, RFIs, or related reviews.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical and writing abilities for control documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and operationalize regulatory obligations across US jurisdictions and licensed entities.
• Design and implement key regulatory controls with product, operations, and risk teams.
• Create regulator-ready documentation: obligation mappings, control descriptions, testing, and evidence standards.
• Engage regulators, auditors, and partners explaining control architecture and operation.
• Support regulatory exams, audits, inspections, RFIs, and related engagements in the US.
• Contribute to governance of US regulatory reporting and obligations across systems.
• Identify gaps and drive remediation to scale obligations management.
• Help establish scalable obligations management aligned with the global model.
