Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a Lead of Operational & Technology Risk to own and scale the enterprise risk program across a regulated brokerage platform. You will design the risk framework, taxonomy, appetite, and control assurance programs, and build AI-native tooling to speed risk management.

The role partners with Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, Legal, and Compliance. You will report to the Head of Risk Management and lead a team to ensure regulatory scrutiny passes with speed, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational, technology, or enterprise risk management within regulated financial services.
• Experience building risk functions from early stages and owning risk programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of RCSA, control testing, issue management, and KRI design.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the enterprise operational risk framework, taxonomy, appetite, and policy architecture.
• Lead risk assessment for new products, markets, and platform capabilities; drive safe launches and change risk processes.
• Own risk events, issue management, and a data-driven KRIs program with enterprise-wide visibility.
