Conceptra Biosciences is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a highly regulated environment. You will manage staff, ensure accurate inventory, and supervise receiving, storage, and fulfillment activities with a focus on GDP/DSCSA compliance.

You will partner with IT, QA, and Customer Service to sustain compliant processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain audit-ready records while supporting a safety-first culture.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in warehouse/distribution or inventory ops with supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
• High school diploma or GED; higher degrees preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead warehouse staffing, onboarding, daily task assignment, and performance management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with cycle counts and lot/expiration tracking.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, order processing, shipping, and returns.
• Maintain GDP/DSCSA compliance and support audits.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot ERP/WMS issues.
