Resonetics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a regulated medical device environment. You will supervise staff, manage receiving, storage, and shipping, and ensure item traceability in ERP systems.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely material handling, with opportunities to support CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or material handling; experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience with assigning work and training employees.
• Experience using ERP or inventory controls; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and quality-system documentation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise warehouse personnel and provide daily direction to ensure safe, accurate, and timely execution.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, staging, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure records, lot/batch information, and status are accurate and traceable in ERP systems.
• Coordinate cycle counts; investigate inventory discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Escalate quality or compliance concerns to management as needed.
• Support investigations, CAPA actions, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
