Job summary

ATCC Biotechnology is hiring a Senior Manager for Warehouse and Distribution to lead daily inbound/outbound operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and optimize inventory control. The role collaborates with internal teams, international distributors, and packaging vendors to support domestic and global distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience, or equivalent (PhD and 5 years, Master's and 8 years, or High School Diploma and 16 years)
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, inbound receiving, and outbound shipping processes
• Experience with ERP systems in warehouse/logistics environments
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, distributors, and operations partners
• Experience investigating shipping/receiving issues, damages, delays, and discrepancies
• Knowledge of USDOT, IATA, and dangerous goods transportation regulations
• Experience developing operational metrics, reporting, budgeting, and expense analysis
• Preferred: experience supporting cold chain logistics and distribution operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution activities for materials, finished goods, and dangerous goods
• Implement and maintain outbound shipping processes ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment
• Ensure staff training and compliance with USDOT, IATA, and dangerous goods regulations
• Oversee material receipt, unloading, inventory accountability, and quality verification
• Develop and monitor operational metrics, reports, budgets, and shipping variances
• Supervise staff development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration related to shipping and receiving operations
