BioTouch is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead end-to-end distribution in a high-volume biomedical kitting and fulfillment environment. You will oversee production, staging, warehouse coordination, and outbound shipping, driving accuracy, quality, and KPI performance.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent operational leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, or high-volume operations.
• Experience leading supervisors and large frontline hourly teams.
• Strong understanding of production operations, fulfillment workflows, shipping processes, and KPI management.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical device, healthcare, FDA, ISO) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment, staging, and distribution operations across departments and shifts.
• Ensure schedules, order fulfillment timelines, and shipping commitments are met with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, throughput, labor utilization, shipping accuracy, turnaround time, service level.
• Coordinate workflow across Inventory, Warehouse, Staging, and Distribution teams.
• Identify risks, gaps, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Support peak production periods and shifting customer demands.
• Direct Distribution Supervisors, Team Leads, and frontline leaders; provide coaching and development.
• Drive accountability, engagement, and discipline across departments.
• Plan staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and cross-training.
• Foster safety and continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for distribution activities.
