Connexion Systems & Engineering seeks an experienced Distribution Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse distribution in a GMP manufacturing setting. You will oversee daily activities, ensure timely shipment of finished products, and maintain regulatory compliance while guiding a skilled distribution team.

You will drive ERP serialization, data integrity, and shipment documentation, coordinating shipments, holds, returns, and transfers across facilities.

Competenze

• 8+ years of ERP experience in GMP warehouse/distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with audits by customer, quality, regulatory.
• Leadership experience supervising warehouse staff.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations while ensuring uninterrupted shipment of finished products and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead ERP Finished Goods Serialization operations, including master data maintenance, transaction management, and issue resolution.
• Supervise warehouse personnel responsible for shipping transactions, PGI, order summaries, and shipment documentation.
• Manage finished product distribution holds, product returns, withdrawals, and serialized inventory.
• Coordinate stock transport orders (STOs) and plant-to-plant finished goods transfers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy within ERP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management, resolving discrepancies.
• Review and implement Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
• Develop operational reports and KPIs, facility utilization metrics, and regulatory reporting.
