Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing or standing up regulated warehouse operations.
• Practical knowledge of cold-chain logistics and biologics handling.
• Working familiarity with cGMP/cGDP, DSCSA and FDA warehouse expectations.
• Experience writing SOPs and establishing operational controls.
• Comfortable participating in technology selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, launch and management of a regulated 3PL warehouse.
• Design and implement SOPs for inventory control and quality checks.
• Manage cold-chain systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Build staffing model and create performance metrics for the team.
• Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
