Job summary

Lantheus is seeking an Associate Director of 3PL Operations based in Massachusetts, focused on cold chain and radioactive pharmaceuticals. The role requires on-site presence 3+ days/week and oversight of end-to-end logistics with third-party providers to ensure integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, 3PL management, GDP compliance, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and continuous improvement in logistics performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical supply chain management with emphasis on cold chain and radioactive products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for cold chain and radioactive pharma logistics.
• Select, negotiate, and manage 3PL providers and monitor performance.
• Oversee storage, handling, and transport of temperature-sensitive and radioactive products under GDP and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs, quality control, and manufacturing to ensure supply chain alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks in cold chain and radioactive logistics; develop contingency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field

Advanced degree preferred
