Job summary

CASE is seeking a Registration Manager to lead conference registration across US/Canada education programs. You will plan, execute, and optimize registration, pricing, and controls in the AMS, guiding senior leadership and conference teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in association operations, event registration or related roles.
• Experience evaluating exceptions and making operational/financial decisions.
• Experience with database software or AMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead registration planning for US/Canada education portfolio and events.
• Analyze registrations, risks, and financial impact; adjust actions as needed.
• Maintain registration procedures and internal controls in the AMS.
• Oversee onsite registration for 4–5 conferences annually.
• Collaborate across divisions to ensure consistent practices.
